It means providing the immediate help and hope that young people need and deserve - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Every day, Kids Help Phone counsellors answer calls and online questions from across Canada. No matter what the problem or concern, our counsellors are there to provide immediate and caring support, information and, if necessary, referral to a local community or social service agency. KIDS HELP PHONE WEBSITE Kids Help Phone and the Canadian 5-Pin Bowlers Association Partners together since 1989 Through the Provincial 5-Pin Bowling Associations across Canada, we have donated over $1,250,000 to this worthy cause. Across Canada, the KHP has fielded phone calls and online emails from over 2 million kids in search of help and answers, with 72,000 here in Nova Scotia. Bowlers wishing to donate to the Kids Help Phone can make cheques payable to the Kids Help Phone and can be dropped off at your local 5-Pin bowling centre. All kids communications with the KHP are strictly anonymous. These children need our help....... they might even be your own. Your donations are greatly appreciated. Receipts are available if requested. |
